We believe that most people want to live engaged lives, attentive to the needs of their communities and the environment. However, we also know that many obstacles stand in the way of fulfilling that desire.
We want to support individuals who strive—through art, education, or action—to promote more creative and sustainable ways of living. Such endeavors may directly or indirectly engage notions of sustainable living, though all will likely foster the sort of dialogue that itself honors diversity of opinion and promotes knowledge as a route to understanding. We know there are many paths toward a more sustainable future—more than we can imagine. And so we hope to be guided as much by the creativity of those with whom we work as we are by these beliefs.
